I purchased an assortment of the beef sticks, they were horrible. I live in a suburb of Detroit Michigan. I normally buy beef sticks from a local company called "Kowalski" (in Detroit).They make outstanding "Hunter's sausage " Hot and regular. I decided to try Palovalley because of it being more organic than Kowalski.And because it being a local company I know people who work there who have told me if I knew what was in the sausage I wouldn't eat. I told I didn't care it tasted delicious to me.My biggest issue is Kowalski uses natural casing and Palovalley does not. I prefer the natural casing even with the hot dogs I buy.I did not care for the casing with Palo.It may just be that something healthy for you doesn't taste good. I wish you could try a Kowalski hunter sausage and see what a good beef stick taste like. I am going to try your coffee, but I won't be buying the beef sticks again.
