We have been ordering various flavors of meat sticks, olive oil and bone broth protein powders on subscribe and save for quite a while now because we never want to run out! These foods are staples for me and my family and are definitely kid approved! I am very picky about the quality of food my family eats which is why I am so grateful to Paleovalley for offering such clean, thoughtfully sourced and delicious products.
I've tried many of their products, and enjoyed almost all of them. Customer service is responsive and helpful. The meat sticks are amazing, the chocolate, vanilla, and salted caramel bone broths are outstanding, and the golden milk is wonderful. I highly recommend. The only issue I have is with shipping, which often takes significantly longer than promised, and this has happened several times.
I've tried most of their meat sticks and enjoy them a lot. I had to consult with customer service due to a technical issue and they heard me out and gave me a refund regarding the issue. Honest and professional company looking to improve all the time. I'm impressed and will order again in the future.
I loved the paleo valley maple bacon at first but the last order was very mushy. I think it because they are adding more water and less meat. I wanted to contact them but the CONTACT US link on their web site doesn’t work. In other words, we don’t want to hear from you. This is a major red flag.
Their beef sticks are the best I have ever tasted. Their superfood bar in Red Velvet is also delicious. I can’t comment on the other flavors. I had an issue with my order and they took care of it immediately. Excellent customer service. I will definitely be buying from them as a subscriber
This company kicks so much ass and has badass products. When i first found them the deliveries would take about 10 days. But i did not mind bc they had all the boxes checked on nutrition. Anytime i have asked a question about olive oil or had to contact bc I accidentally received bone broth instead of whey protein, it was immediately taken care of and apologies sent. Supporting grass roots companies with a good mission and they support other companies with the same mindset (i also use wild pastures the sister company and own the ceramic cookware and supported other companies they promote on perks). If people want an amazon style delivery with globo corpo robo interaction and cannot get over some hiccups here and there then where is your humanity. Plus they offer subscription and save and if you do not like something they will swap it or you can change or cancel. I have never had any actual problems. Once i replied to them bc i ordered a box of each of the bars and they sent out a review the product. And i said i def prefer the red velvet and did not like the lemon. They contacted me and sent me another box of red velvet and asked me to donate the lemon. And i did. I took it to the gym and other people liked it so they started using PV. Same with the electrolytes. And the tallow. And the meat sticks. And the coffee. And the bone broth. And the golden milk. I share it all and plenty of people are ordering bc you cannot find quality products at a store. Customer service is nice and i have had to move a few times so changing my address or pausing an order never has been an issue. And if you like information and recipes we have watched the videos and read the emails with recipes and info on break down of nutrition specs in the products.
I have been a PaleoValley customer for several years now and I am highly satisfied with their products and customer service! And if I ever have an issue with an order, their excellent customer service team helps me resolve the problem quickly and with kindness. I tried your beef broth and it was delicious...I have lots of recipes for this...I got the unflavored so it makes my soups even better...quick ordering and quicker delivery.....delicious product and well worth the money. I will order again
