I was charged a $155 ticket when all there machines were down . There was a line as the kiosks as well with people complaining. I disputed and they declined with a $39 fee on top. Extremely predatory behavior from this company. The review before me is correct and accurate.
Worst service ever! I received a citation for "non-payment" of parking when the machines were all not working. I tried to dispute it, and it did not get dismissed. Additionally, what they don't tell you in the fine print, is that there is a $39.00 "court fee" that is added onto the citation amount. $200 later and I am writing this review. This company is criminal, unfair, and unjust. It's a shame to even work at such as disgusting and low company. Hoping they go out of business very soon.

I would give NO STARS if I could. Just received a Debt Recovery letter on behalf of Park & Control from over a year ago!!! The PCN and follow up have never been received but the Collection agency DCBL say we are out of time to pay or appeal the original charge. How's that??? When it was never received in the first place. If they were sent, surely at least one would have reached us. SCAMMERS! - If not, prove me wrong and respond to make this right - PCN PC10061664
I paid for parking at the only available kiosk. No receipt was provided. I attempted to dispute the charge and they declined the dispute. I've been trying to reach someone to escalate, and there's no way to talk to someone. I firmly believe they have record of the payment but are scamming me out of the fine. Don't park in any of their lots!
Unfair Parking Penalties & Slow Response to AppealsI recently had a very disappointing experience with Park & Control. I parked in a lot monitored by them and was unaware of the requirement to display a parking disc, as the signage was unclear at the entrance I used. I was in the store for less than 10 minutes, and when I returned, I had already been fined.When I tried to speak with the parking attendants, they denied issuing the ticket and told me to file a complaint directly with the company. However, despite submitting an appeal through their website, I have received no timely response. A €35 fine for such a short parking duration seems excessive, especially given that I was a paying customer at the store.This company appears to focus more on issuing fines than on ensuring clear and fair parking regulations. The appeal process is frustratingly slow, and there is no real opportunity for dialogue or understanding. It feels like a system designed to collect money rather than regulate parking fairly.I urge Park & Control to improve their communication, clarify their signage, and show more consideration for genuine mistakes—especially in cases where no real harm was done. Their current approach is unfair to customers who make an honest mistake and try to address it properly.
I used a Park & Control car park in January with a “pay on exit” sign on entry, which then had a “no payment at exit” sign at the exit. I walked around the carpark for half an hour trying to find a way to pay and there were no payment stations, or even any payment information anywhere. I even visited the website on the signage, which also had no payment information. I took photos of the signage as proof as I was worried about receiving a fine. However, I never received anything, so thought nothing of it… until today, when I had a debt collection agency contact me out of the blue with a “final warning”, threatening legal action if I don’t pay them £170 today. I explained I had never received anything from Park & Control, and wasn’t aware of the fine at all until today. I also explained that I don’t get paid until tomorrow so don’t have the money to pay today. They said there is no flexibility to wait until tomorrow, and also no way to appeal the fine now as it’s past the due date (despite the fact I was never notified about it). The debt company were also unable to confirm why I never received any correspondence from Park & Control. I am now having to take out a loan to pay for a completely unfair fine which I’m not even allowed to contest. I will never park in that building again, and will warn everybody I know not to park there either.
