Replacement for oven element was exactly right. YouTube suggestions, along with instructions were appreciated. Having the model number for the oven was needed. The replacement oven element was delivered about a week after it was ordered.
They sent the wrong part. They confirmed they sent the wrong part. And refused to send the correct part. Don't waste your money with an online company that you can't hold accountable for their mistake!If you truly cared about your customers receiving the correct part promptly, you would have sent it the first time. Or you would make it right, and not leave the accountability on the customer.
After using the search function, I found the right part for my SMEG toaster. The part arrived and it didn't fit. I wrote to customer service, and included pictures of the label and the search result.NO REPONSEThe self service return means that I had to pay for return shipping. Why? And what is the solution? "Genuine OEM parts guaranteed to fit" But do you follow through when they don't? BIG FAIL.
