After finding a car I liked on the website I raised an enquiry to find out more about the vehicle. This was around 9pm and by 7 am the morning after I woke correspondence from the garage and in particular Neil Johnson at CARZ Motherwell. A viewing and meeting was arranged for 24hrs later. Arriving at the garage with the family we were made very welcome and offered refreshments for both adults and kids. There was a soft play area and ride on cars available for the kids which took the stress right off of trying to keep them amused as well as taking cars with Neil.The whole process from finding the car online to picking up the following week was seamless and all paperwork talked through to make sure there were no issues. I speak here from dealing with Neil was polite and professional the entire time
