I usually don’t write reviews but i wanted to write one about this company to warn others. I received a gift card a couple of months ago and realized a few weeks ago that someone had been making unauthorized transactions from it. I reached out to their online chat and their only resolution is to file a dispute that takes 120 DAYS to resolve. They also blocked access to my account so i could no longer see all the transactions to file a dispute for. This company has terrible security which allowed scammers to easily access my card. Customer service is useless, I will never use this company again and would never recommend to others.
