I placed an order and paid extra for unlimited next day delivery, but my order didn't arrive as promised. When I reached out, I learned they used standard shipping instead. I used to purchase all my clothes here, but after their rebranding, I stopped. I decided to give them another chance and was reminded why I stopped.
