I found Qover good to deal with. The handler who dealt with my claim, Angela, was very helpful and well informed. The only thing preventing me giving 5/5 was the length of time to hear back from them. Although, it was much shorter than the 10 days their automated emails claimed it would be, I would have preferred it a little bit faster. However, I always prefer competent service over quick responses for the sake of it, and with Qover I certainly received good service.
