Booked a ticket for the VITALITY 10k that was in September, back in about March. I almost always err on the side of caution and buy some form of protection, especially when it comes to physical health. Unfortunately I suffered an ankle injury in May, for which I was undergoing physio provided by VITALITY (the race sponsor). By early September it was clear I would not be able to run the race. I went through the refund process, providing the information that VITALITY provide as default. Not good enough. Provide more. Not good enough. Provide more - no idea if not good enough as now refundable.me have ghosted me for 2 weeks (they rejected in the hour prior). If you see the option to “insure” against injuries and get a refund and refundable.me are listed - run - the other way!
