Imagine you go into a business and their AI surveillance camera thinks it recognizes you as a trespasser. So that business handcuffs you and calls the cops. The cops arrive. You show them your Real ID. But they don’t believe it. Instead, they believe the AI. Crazy, right? This happened. On September 17, 2023, the Peppermill Casino in Reno telephoned the Reno Police Department to report that a man we’ll refer to by his initials - M.E., a trespasser, had unlawfully returned to the casino. The casino reported that their A.I. facial recognition software positively identified the man as M.E., a man they had barred from the casino months earlier for sleeping on the premises. But the Peppermill’s AI software was wrong. They had the wrong guy.

When I tried to address the issue with the manager, she was extremely unhelpful and showed no interest in resolving the problem. Instead of taking responsibility or even attempting to fix the mistake, she dismissed the concern altogether. Poor customer service and a very frustrating experience. I would strongly suggest double-checking your bill if you stay here. My hilton app doesn’t even show the night I stayed.

the reservation was messed up and I did not have a room when I arrived at the hotel. I have been battling with this 3rd company and I would NEVER do business with them again. I am STILL trying to get a refund and have made several calls with the promise of calling me back. Be very careful to book hotels and never use 3rd party companies. Go direct to the hotel and be verycareful when you surf the internet as these 3rd party companies are pushing their information to the top and it is too easy to make the wrong call!

We had an excellent stay at the Radisson Hotel Montréal Aéroport in November 2025. The hotel is very spacious and pleasant. We especially loved the pool area with its large open space where kids can relax and enjoy themselves.

The lobby is large and beautiful, a great place to sit and relax. We also found the large self-serve snack area open at all times very convenient.

The staff are very welcoming and friendly. We are a French-speaking family living in Ontario, and we really appreciated being able to speak French with the staff during our stay.

We will gladly return on our next visit to Montreal!


Nous avons passé un excellent séjour au Radisson Hotel Montréal Aéroport en novembre 2025. L’hôtel est très spacieux et agréable. Nous avons particulièrement aimé la piscine avec son grand espace ouvert où les enfants peuvent se détendre.

Le lobby est grand et très beau, parfait pour s’asseoir et se relaxer. Nous avons aussi trouvé très pratique le grand espace de collations en libre-service ouvert en tout temps.

Le personnel est très accueillant et sympathique. Nous sommes une famille francophone vivant en Ontario, et nous avons beaucoup apprécié pouvoir parler en français avec le personnel pendant notre séjour.

Nous y retournerons avec plaisir lors de notre prochaine visite à Montréal !

Please don't visit this place, because is a big scam. It's very expensive and you don't get not even a chair to seat once you in the dirty pools. The burger place was horrible the most tasteless food I've ever had in this country. I was in 2019 and was bad compared to services you get overseas, but now it's worse. People don't go and spend your hard earned money there, businesses that don't deserve to survive they should make way for better once.

TERRIBLE first day. We were made to wait over one and 1/2 hours to check in. Bell hop had us sit and told / showed us we were 3 rd in line. Just before our turn a couple walked in at the back of room and called the Bell hop Tommy back. Next thing we see is he put the couples ahead of us, then 2 more groups as they talked to him. I complained to Tommy, he just smirked and repeated " there is only 1 guy". He was accepting bribes.. Great start to our daughter's honey moon. P.S. we had just traveled all night and half day to get to the resort.. I did report to the AC rep.

I had a great stay at Avid Hotel from March 2nd through the 6th. The entire experience was excellent. The staff was amazing—very friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout my stay. Check-in was quick and easy, which made the arrival process smooth and stress-free.

Overall, it was a very comfortable stay and I would definitely recommend this hotel to others. Five stars!

We had many issues with the Manager Diane as she was very unprofessional and very rude at all times. She allowed teenagers to run the halls and be extremely loud on multiple nights and then decided to give our crew disturbance fees, even though it wasn't us. We will never stay at this hotel again.

Upon arrival at El Beso Adults at Ocean El Faro, we were excited to experience a luxurious 5-star resort. However, our entire week there was disappointing, and it would be generous to rate it even as a 2-star establishment.
Check-In Experience
The check-in process was frustrating. Despite being third in line, we observed the bellboy prioritizing others who appeared to be bribing him. After one and a half hours of waiting and numerous complaints, we finally checked in, but our concerns were never addressed after lodging a formal complaint.
Dining and Food Quality
The buffet breakfast set the tone for the disappointing culinary experience. My wife suffered from severe food poisoning after just one meal, which lasted for 12 hours and caused her significant distress. The only distinctive food she had was fruit, an experience echoed by our friend's wife who faced the same illness. Outside of the Japanese restaurant, the overall food quality was subpar, with most dishes deemed inedible.
Beach and Amenities
While the resort boasts a striking turquoise beach, the experience was marred by a rocky and shale-filled seabed, making it uncomfortable to enjoy. We also decided to indulge in the spa, but the amenities were underwhelming: the therapeutic pool was cold, the steam room lacked steam, and the sauna was chilly.

Internet Connectivity Issues
One of the most significant challenges was the internet access. Throughout my seven-day stay, the internet would frequently drop every few minutes while using my PC. Despite bringing this to the attention of guest services, the response was unsatisfactory: I was repeatedly told, "we know and are working on it." Unfortunately, the issue persisted, making it extremely difficult to stay connected for both personal and business needs.
Accommodation Experience
During my first three days, the air conditioning in my room was not functioning properly. The AC was stuck on full blast, making the room extremely cold—so much so that we had to wear sweaters just to be comfortable. Despite reaching out to guest services four times, I was repeatedly assured that someone would come to fix the issue, but no one arrived until the fourth day of my stay.
The lack of timely intervention for both the AC and internet connectivity detracted substantially from my overall experience.
Service Quality
Service at the resort left much to be desired. Interactions with staff were often unpleasant—the servers seemed overwhelmed and rude, lacking basic hospitality. Communication was further complicated by a language barrier, as many staff members did not understand English.
Conclusion
It’s perplexing why Air Canada would recommend this resort, given our experience. The combination of poor dining, inadequate service, and overall dissatisfaction makes it challenging to recommend El Beso Adults at Ocean El Faro to others. If you're seeking a quality resort experience, I would suggest exploring other options.

I thought i was calling treasure bay casino hotel for reservation, I told booking agent that i wanted to use my comp for a free room meaning that she knew i thought i was talking to treasure bay. she got back on phone and said, there are no comp rooms available, but she found me a king bed room for 60 something dollars with no refund on cancellation. i gave her my info, she never told me she booked me at a super 8 motel down the road. very misleading and embarrest when treasure bay told me i didnt book a room. Called and wanted refund and proceeded to tell me that i agreed that the fee for reservation was non refundable. after talking to several people, i did get my money back
