I also cut one open and it's literally just cheap cooking oil. There is absolutely no oregano oil in it! Thought it was an American company, that was a lie. It took almost a month before I even got the product and then going out it was a subscription that I still don't know how to cancel. DO NOT BUY FROM RISILIA!!!
DO NOT BUY THIS CRAP. I only got half of the fake stuff is what I call it and never got the other, won't give a refund on the half I didn't get. Keep playing a game. Avoid these people at all cost and save your money. Comes from China also. JUNK !!!!!!
Awful scamming company. Purchased the oil of oregano which was definitely cooking oil, I then saw them take another payment from my account 1 month later which I never signed up for! I’ve emailed them 3 times with no response for a refund. AVOID AT ALL COSTS
I ordered once in March and apparently that signs you up for a subscription which I did not want or request. I figured this out in April when I was charged again. I was notified via email during the night when I was asleep. When I woke and saw the email I responded to cancel. No response until 3 days and 3 different emails later saying that their cancellation policy is you have to cancel within an hour of placing your order. I DIDN’T place an order. So mad. Luckily I used PayPal on my original purchase so was able to get a refund for the fraudulent charge. Horrible customer service and they do ship from china so you cannot tell me they couldn’t cancel the order. Very disappointed with this company.
This product took some time to receive in the mail. When I tracked the package, it was located in China and then sent to Texas, where I believe the Resilia sticker was applied to front and back of the package and then shipped to me.My main concern is the product comes from China, which raises an abundance of doubt regarding the quality of the product.
If i could give a zero rating i would. The product is fake. There is no oregano oil in it. At best, the capsules are filled with vegetable oil. Do NOT purchase. Also, the customer service is the worst I've ever experienced. They will not honor a refund, they talk in circles and are overall ridiculously incompetent. The company is a scam, the product is a scam, do NOT waste your time or money on this unless you love throwing money away.
