I used their donation pickup service, where they pick up in home. I absolutely got taken advantage of, I definitely felt like they knew I was in a position where I didn't have time to make alternate arrangements and being a disabled single mom was an easy mark... all of a sudden everything was an extra charge. The price was significantly different than initially quoted and I could have paid much less to just hire someone to take it to the dump.
I was able to set up donation pickup very easily and was able to update my request with the link that was provided.
The team that picked up the donation was great and very helpful. The whole experience went perfectly- very much appreciated!
Had to clean out my deceased siblings apartment the same weekend I travelled across country to bury her. All the local charities required a lead time of weeks to months before pick up. Resupply agreed to a date and time only a week in advance and showed up on time. Prices were reasonable and the driver and his assistant were polite and careful not to ding any walls.
Say you want to donate an entire estate, now picture being told you have to use the Resuppy online website and enter every item in a database item by item, if it's in a box open and enter every item. Now picture you telling them the condo is out of state to you and filled with stuff, even had a few cars. "Call us back when you can take the time to enter it all" even though you don't know what all the items are... btw I am a vet
The worst case of bait and switch ever! Do not use his company for your donations unless you want to receive reasonable quote online, have the driver and staff show up, get your items ready to go and then be met with nearly a doubling of price because they can't guarantee the donation will be accepted. And this is a charity I did not select, Resupply chose them. So now I am faced with a choice of wasting all my time to prepare for pickup etc, or risk paying the extra fees for potential landfill use and fuel charges, neither of which were addressed before the driver shows up. Horrible business model and they probably just charged me extra to pick up items they will now sell to a 3rd party. I have just improved their bottom line and ruined mine. Thanks a lot! You have been warned.

My boyfriend told me (Driver) Honorio Rueda offers also took the time to carefully disassemble the couch in order to transport out of my TV room through my patio Garden, so that nothing was damaged 😊 I'm "Truly Grateful, ALSO Really Appreciate" his service time and care . I'm VERY IMPRESSED!!!!!!!
I was extremely disappointed and upset that so much of our perfectly good furniture would not be accepted by Habitat for Humanity and would end up in the trash. People in need who are being given new houses also need furniture for it, so this makes absolutely no sense to me. I am now seriously reconsidering future donations to Habitat for Humanity if this is how they operate.
I was kept well-informed of the time the movers would be there. They easily, efficiently, and carefully loaded all the items onto the truck. Then they covered it with a tarp and secured a wide ratchet strap around the load.
We are happy that the items from our mother's home will be a blessing to others, and will make others' homes as cheerful as ours was.
