We bought the black and white cat for my Mum for her Birthday - she has Moderate Alzheimer's. Mum is delighted with him as is the family. It's an absolute delight to watch her interacting with 'Norton' - so called because he purrs like a motorbike 😄. When I first got him I wasn't sure because of the mechanical whirring and clicks. I contacted customer services and Deborah replied straight away asking me to send a video. She said that was normal but if Mum was bothered by it I could send it back. Because the cat is so lovely and such a joy you end up not hearing the sounds so we're definitely keeping him.I would highly recommend a Robopet for company and comfort for your loved one, a great quality product and excellent customer service.
