I placed an order for the music boxing machine on December 16 through a social media platform, but I have yet to receive any email or confirmation regarding my purchase. After reaching out via email, I received a response requesting my full order number. I have replied multiple times explaining that the only reference I have is from my bank statement, which is Msto-31567, and I provided all my personal details in hopes they could locate my order. Unfortunately, I have not heard back. This has been incredibly disappointing and frustrating.
