I regret not reading the reviews first. I placed my order on December 5 and have received nothing. I've emailed twice for updates and once for a refund with no response! I've tried three different email addresses linked to the service, and still no reply. To the support team: I emailed the address you provided three days ago and am yet to receive any response.

I ordered a product, and while my payment was processed, I received only a generic email confirming the payment. There has been no dispatch or tracking information, and despite sending numerous emails, I only received a response to the first one. These were supposed to be Christmas gifts, and now I've requested a refund again with no response. I feel scammed! Do not purchase from this website.
I've reached out multiple times via email and contact form. It's been 13 days since my order, and I haven’t received a tracking number or confirmation. The customer service is non-existent, and I feel like I've lost nearly £50. *Update*: I received an email that went to spam apologizing and offering a 10% refund if I didn't cancel. I accepted but still want to know if it has been dispatched and tracking info. I ordered Christmas lights, but at this rate, they will be for next year. Update on December 15: Thank you for sending the email and tracking info. I understand it's a busy time. My main concern was not receiving a receipt or tracking info, which made me feel scammed. The product is now in transit, and I appreciate the generous refund offer. If I enjoy the product, I may consider buying more, but I will plan ahead next time. I'm adjusting my stars out of goodwill.
I ordered a boxing machine for my son on December 4. According to the tracker, it was supposedly delivered on December 13, but we were home and never received it. I contacted customer service that same day via email, and as of now, December 15, I still haven't received a response. No product, no refund. I feel scammed and will never buy from this company again.
I ordered a camera advertised in a holiday gift guide. The item arrived, but the box and instructions were in Chinese. I emailed the company on November 23 to address this issue and got an automated response about delays. It's been three weeks since my initial contact, and I'm still waiting for a reply.
Took payment sent no tracking number or order number ? So now I’m asking where my order is they want this information THEY didn’t send what a Con. I sent them proof of my bank statement that I made a purchase but no reply. WHY is there no telephone number either to directly speak to them . DO NOT ORDER
