Winter coat

Paying for delivery AND returns is just…

Paying for delivery AND returns is just crazy. I made an order, paid for delivery. Needed to return the items and had to pay the same fee for returning. Basically paid £8 for nothing. Wouldn't order again just based on this.

Very good, but I had a code to put in to get 10% as the dale was on and the shop didn’t have the size so they told me to order on line, otherwise everything was perfect. Thank u

Slippe customer service

Very late reply by customer service, very much back and forth, like they didn’t even bother to really read what I wrote, in the end they ended up sourcing me to Klarna, who is in no way responsible for this mess. Not impressed, do NOT recommend.
