Horrible customer service. I received my items late, they did not work for my event I needed them for, I put in a return and they gave me store credit. It did not give me any other option. After they received my return, which I had to pay for the shipping on, they had not refunded me. I contacted them five days later and then they gave me store credit. Also not even the amount I was told I would get. I asked for a refund instead of store credit, and they refused. Now I will be disputing the charge with my bank and I will never shop with them again. Unfortunately, horrible customer service has ruined the shop for me.
