Dreadful company, I feel sorry for their staff. you may start out relatively calm but by the time you have managed to get through their phone wall you are a furious raving lunatic. I actually had to trick the phone options to get me as far a human contact, the options just keep sending you down rabbit holes that end up telling you to go to their website. The human unfortunately who was just someone in a call center and hadn't a clue. Eventually when I asked about cancelling everything, hey presto, I was transferred to a staff member in my own country. The Q box is a major disappointment and continually freezes and buffers, I have changed internet provider and upgraded my Wi-Fi but to no avail. I am not surprised Dodgey Box companies are doing so well when the mainstream are so ridiculously expensive and have such horrible customer service, vile company.
