A new representative contacted me, but I received the same response. Now, on day three, I still have not received anything. I asked for a refund, but I have yet to receive any reply. My experiences with this service have been consistently negative over the past few months. I'm unsure if there's been a change in management, but I am extremely dissatisfied. Update: They are refusing to refund my money. I strongly advise against using this website.
