TL;DR: They disabled free shipping during a sale event and still advertised it, are not issuing a tax invoice that discloses their ABN, will not issue a refund and are dodging my emails.My experience has been extremely frustrating. Their “free shipping over $200” policy is misleading as the website says it applies to domestic orders, but I was later told it didn’t because they turn it off during sales (which feels ick, and the only mention of that is hidden under the international shipping header and NOT on their Shipping page, wildly unclear). I also requested a proper tax invoice with their ABN weeks ago and still haven’t received one but I was charged GST? Communication has been slow and evasive, with the response rate slowing down dramatically once I asked for this tax invoice which feels so incredibly sus.
