I have tried 2 sizes but am finding one side tends to move up and slip off the magnet over time. I tried this as have been finding my nose was getting sore from the plaster of the sticky nose strips but this unfortunately has even larger sticky area to stick the 2 magnet dots above each nostril. I will persevere as these were expensive and generally the opening of the airway is really helpful.
