Items never received (ordered 08/12/25 as Christmas gifts), no tracking information available, all requests for a refund ignored. For anyone who has had the same experience in the UK, I recommend doing all of the following (which I have now done):- Report Snugly to the Competition and Markets authority (the more people that complain the more likely they will take action)- Make a formal data subject access request from Snugly for all personal data it holds about you. Snugly is legally required to comply with this in 30 days. Also ask Snugly to provide details of how it is lawfully transferring your personal data to China (again Snugly is legally required to provide you with this information and I very much doubt they are doing this in a legal way). If you do not get a response, report Snugly to the UK Information Commissioner (again, the more people who complain, the more likely they will take action).- Raise a complaint with your credit card provider, paypal or other method you used to make payment. Snugly will appeal this but I understand that if they do not issue a refund or deliver the item within a 3 week window, the payment provider will automatically recover your money.I hope this helps someone. Worst company I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with!
