I purchased a $99.99 January pack that was supposed to include 111SC, but only credit 55SC. I contacted the live chat, showed screenshots (of the offer, the amount credited, and the confirmation email).
They escalated it, but I am disappointed they couldn't just add the SC manually that was missing. I took a break from this site, and this was a bad "welcome back".
I'll edit this, when Spindoo makes the situation right.
