I’m very disappointed with Stadium Goods.I’ve been trying to return a pair of sneakers from order #165203 for four days now, but every time I contact customer support, I get the same message: “We’re experiencing a technical issue generating your return label.”According to their website, Stadium Goods offers global returns for all eligible and full-priced items, and my order qualifies under that policy. Yet, there has been no progress, no timeline, and no alternative offered to send the shoes back.I’ve already sent a formal complaint to their info@ and support@ addresses, and I’m now considering filing with the Better Business Bureau (BBB) and Federal Trade Commission (FTC) if this continues.It’s very disappointing to see a company this size failing to provide even basic customer service.I hope this review helps others be more cautious before ordering.
