Coming back after a couple years to deal with my crypto taxes, I found that there were really good improvements made to the interface and to helping categorize the mess of transactions I have on the Polygon network. It still doesn't know all the ins and outs of everything, such as Aavegotchi, my primary thorn in my side when it comes to taxes. But that's nigh impossible considering how many projects there are right now and how different they can be, and nonetheless I could still see great strides were made. That said, I had to nuke my Polygon wallet accounting in the system, and just stick to the Ethereum network transactions, since it's too expensive still to account for that many transactions -- again resulting from Aavegotchi world, not Polygon itself, so it depends on you and what kind of crypto you're doing. There are possible workarounds, such as ignoring most of the meaningless transactions, which I'm exploring now, and won't count against the total for what price plan it puts me in, while still letting me account for some of the bigger items done on Polygon.Chris at support also helped me with partially reversing some of the plan costs in the last couple years while I wasn't actively using the service, but still had a subscription on, and it was counting the 50k of tiny transactions I had in my Polygon wallet that I mentioned, even though they're all basically worthless transactions.

I've tried other crypto tax apps but I likes both the interface, ease of use and pricing of Crypto Tax Calculator the most. I did have some issues with importing my Crypto.com transaction but the support was amazing. They provided videos and clear instructions and I was able to figure it out.
As an Accountant that has tried multiple Crypto software's CTC is hands down the best option with the most accounting and tax compliant functions. CTC actually listened to my period tax lock feature suggestion and have implemented it to beta testing. This feature will allow users to lock prior years data so it cant be changed and allows user to change between inventory methods each year which the ATO allows. This feature alone will be able to save users thousands each year and will provide significant value. I have seen no competitors offer this critical compliance feature and once released this will put CTC miles ahead of other crypto platforms in both compliance and the value it can provide users. 100% would recommend CTC and their team!
