the company keeps lying to hide their mistakes so they wont refund any amount of money,i got a delay in an order for over 2 hours and the food arrived cold. we were promised that there wont be a delay over an hour. but no promises were kept. i asked to cancel the order, they refused, i asked to refund, they offered 35 dhs voucher. since that day i stopped ordering from talabat.
