Worst service I encountered in my life, and I’m not talking about one or 2 incidents. They seems to have a mess in managing this app.. drivers don’t know locations or have absolutely no idea how to communicate with customers. Once a driver took 200 dhs for order charge of 30 and left without giving my money back and I kept chasing talabat for 10 days to get my money back. Other gets lost and ask me to cancel the order after waiting for 2 hours for my food and recently, after waiting for one hour while showing on the app the order is 2 mins away for delivering .. I contacted the help chat and was told “oh it’s technical issue we will cancel ur order and u can place another one” doesn’t matter if I have to wait again…guys, get Deliveroo.. they r tons better than these immature talabat
