It been 2 days I'm ordering from talabat I keep waiting for order more than 30 minutes after o receive sms that your order been cancelled 😞 without even informing me and what the simply do they refound the amount on talabat order for next time Very very very bad experience for 2 days I will never use this app anymore
Delivered totally wrong order! Customer Service is terrible. Delivery rider blames restaurant and restaurant blame’s delivery rider. Told to use a non existent Live Chat service for support and being asked for photo evidence of items that were not delivered. How can you take a photo of something you don’t have?
I ordered medicine for my cough , this listed price was 25dhs + 0.90 fees + 7dhs delivery, total of 33dhs, between my order and the driver reaching the pharmacy they pharmacy changed the price to 33dhs +0.90+7 so when the driver delivered my medicine I had to pay 40dhs instead of the 33, after 10 complaints to the customer service section ,I give up they are a disgraceful scammy company,how is it possible for fees to be added to my total without any explanation, i demanded a refund several times and was met with a copy and pasted message with apologies and empty promises,I have deleted this vile disgusting app and downloaded other ones , the issue isn’t even the money I couldn’t care less about 7dhs but the principal is everything ,I would’ve been a customer for life if they even refunded like 2dhs from it ,or even gave a 10% discount for next order ,but no ,never again
I’ve ordered many times from Talabat and mostly I had headaches and drama with them. From missing items from Viva and denying refund saying that I’m lying to restaurants which are an absolute a joke and mocking us as customers. Not cooked chicken wings from McDonalds, I never got a refund even if I mentioned about my complaint over 2 times with pictures. That’s the most recent complaint, but I have endless ones with no refund or solution. Zero customer service and the discounts are not real, they always add extra for themselves, please be aware of their scams. Moreover, I don’t mind giving water to every driver who is delivering my food, however is not the restaurant/ grocery’s responsibility to give them water? As well, mostly they don’t ask for water, they ask 7up, cola and with special requests as if is room temperature or cold from the fridge. We pay enough for the delivery, what’s the point of asking extra? They are abusing the kindness and as well is not our responsibility. Talabat overall is not something to recommend, it’s all about scams, extra headache and waste of money.
Absolutely apoorling customer service!I have ordered some groceries via Talabat app. Not only did they deliver wrong item, but it was also damaged.I have sent an email to customer service with photo evidence and logged a complaint on the app as well.Talabat kept closing my case by sending random automated emails. Then they had the audacity to send me a response saying too much time had passed for me to complain.Save yourself a time and hassle and stay away from this useless company.
