Talabat Abu Dhabi, very bad experience.Their riders can't find simple locations, stress you, dare yo call you and message you on WhatsApp ordering to get the location. It happened to me at least 2 times that the order was marked as delivered, while it was not. While contacting costumer service I realized the riders never contacted their supervisors and just marked it as delivered!!!!!!!If you ask for help on email you receive an automatic email saying they tried to call you and you were not reachable. In fact there was no missing call from thrm.When I replied this I never got a response from them.This all is due to the management.Despite the numerous complains things are The same.Not to mention how talabat riders drive in traffic....
Even if you're 50, the Talabat driver will still debate you to show your ID in an embarassing way to prove that you are above 18, common sense is not common with their dreadful service and horrible attitude of drivers. The absolute worst delivery service ever experienced countless times.
I ordered food where some items were missing. Talabat's customer service explicitly stated that the refund would be credited to the Talabat Pay wallet. However, they issued a simple voucher after 3 weeks of the complaint date for a limited time only, which is not acceptable. After that, I subsequently contacted customer service to request a refund to the original payment source, or at the very least to the Talabat Pay wallet, but they simply declined. Please don't order anything from Talabat, they're ripping off, stay away!
Unprofessional and unsafe payment process!! I got charged on my credit card due to their system error and they promised it should be refunded within 7 working days. I have been following up on my refund for over a month with no feedback nor refund!!!

PLEASE REPLY AS SOON AS POSSIBLE!!!!!!!!Is this how you treat your customer after taking their money???not even a single update from you despite of sending emails asking for updates everyday! I want the refund! This is not acceptable at all.how can you leave your customers blindly after using your service?!!!!!! FYI : I am a victim of fraud transactions worth of 2,929 AED in 1 day!! If my money they don’t give back I will go to the Dubai Economic Department and Consumer Rights and file a case against you for doing these kind of fraud transactions!!!
Just a bunch of unprofessional people, after I have made the order online and paid for everything, I received my order and the delivery guy left and came back a few minutes later asking for more money in cash as the store has decided to change the price without informing me and I don't even carry cash and when I asked them to check this, they just blamed the store and haven't even acknowledged their mistake of not informing me of the price increase and to make sure I have cash before delivery. Worst app ever!
I have placed an order at 3:10 by talabat from pizza time. Waiting time was suppose to be 40minutes but after I placed the order the times added to 1 hour and half.Times passes and the food didn’t arriveAfter 2 hours the delivery came with cold frozen food so I returnedThank you for wasting my time starving foodI trusted your app and as usually you are not up to the standard that you promise you will deliver so u better change ur ceo or close this app better for you and got people.
