The first chat seemed very friendly. The next ones made it evident that the agents were using canned responses. The same agent responded to me and didn't even notice it was me.I had an issue with an order that wasn't sent to me on time. (I eventually received it cold and 3 hours later)Talabat's system marked the order as delivered after the estimated delivery time had passed. That's a very wrong programming. Needs to be fixed asap. If the delivery isn't confirmed, the order should not be marked as delivered EVER!The agents were proactive to call the restaurant and check with them.After the third chat and in frustration when I told the agent, I prefer if they don't send the order anymore and I'll order something else using a different app, they suggested I use a voucher they gave me to order something else 🙄As a customer support agent in a tech company, I'm sad to have such an experience. Both the software and the support agents need improvement.P.S. The chat app is hard to use. I experienced issues with typing.
In a span of 5 days, Talabat failed me. First, I ordered KFC in SZR and there was a delay with my order. I ordered 2 PM and food arrived at 4 PM. The next day, i ordered again and after i paid, they called saying there is no stock. Out of 4 items, 3 items are out of stock! And it's active in the application, showing in stock! Now the refund is delayed again! Should receive it last monday and until now, i did not receive it. They said it will 5-7 working days AGAIN. Talabat just FAILED me many times this month! So frustrating! I hate this app! Better order in Noon Food delivery!
Cancelled my order after 2 hours of waiting. Tried to get support and was told my order was being prepared and will be ready in 1-2mins. Was told they were giving me 10dhs for the hassle. In the end I had no dinner for my children and there was no 10dhs either. If only they didn't refund in a wallet I won't use this app again. What a rip off!
I am from India but i can proudly say that Indian call centers and Agents are more educated and professional than your team.They don't even know English or what the word listening means.Still thinking about how your company is standing in the market with these Agents,
Food is 1 hour and 20 minutes late and the lady on the call center mentioned that the driver has picked up multiple orders. They are charging from me and from the restaurant and I will get the cold food and they not even ready to refund or cancel. Lady called Tanisha said that she does not even want to escalate the matter and refused to give the phone to the manager. I am appalled by their service and unprofessionalism.
I dont recommed Weak service, weak support and unfair fee charged to both (restaurant, driver and customer) General conditions are : 34% service charge + 3000aed yearly fee + transport fee charged to the customer in the you have to ads fee very expensive and not very efficient
