Excellent customer service and good hire car. Pick up and drop off super quick as you do not have to queue at a car hire desk and all paperwork done in advance. Prompt reply to email enquiry whilst on holiday. Would recommend to anybody looking to hire a car in Mallorca and would definitely use again myself.
Overall experience was great. No waiting at the counter - got off the plane, went to parking and car was already waiting for me. Return process was also simple, just took some time to find the free spot on the parking as it was very busy there. Car itself was almost new and we had no issues with it.

The air conditioning worked perfectly (a must in Mallorca!). Communication by email was fast and helpful. We really appreciated not having to stress about big deposits or hidden fees — everything was already included in the price, including full insurance.This made our holiday so much smoother and more enjoyable. Definitely the best car hire experience I've had. I won’t use any other company in Mallorca!
