Great customer service after UPS messed up our original delivery and lost the knife! The cooking guild were very attentive and after no joy with their enquiries to UPS posted another knife out express delivery which arrived within 3 days. The knife is fantastic, razor sharp and very good quality. The sheath is very durable indeed and certainly looks after the edge of the blade. All in all, would highly recommend. Thank you.
