Received my Bushcraft knife set a few days ago and broke it in tonight with a bacon wrapped ribeye roast. Also prepped for Easter brunch tomorrow and chopped up a bunch of veggies. Knife is well balanced, perfectly sharp out of the box and exactly as advertised! Sheaths are extremely sturdy too! Solid product.
