Would give it a zero based on customer service. I ordered in May of 2025. Two months later I reach out because I had not received my order. I was told that some flavors were on back order and would ship as soon as they were back in stock. A few more months went by and I reach out again. Was asked if I wanted to swap the out of stock flavors for something in stock plus get 2 free. I choose. Nearly 9 months later still have not received anything. Reach out again and was told they retired 2 of the flavors and asked if I would like to switch them with something else and would now receive 5 free flavors. Asked for a refund and keep getting the run around.
