It started out as a nightmare - no one was getting back to me and it took ages to get my goggles - then they leaked!!! at that point i was contemplating a refund but I stuck with it had the replacement pair sent to me and they are amazing - works a dream and no leaks, fantastic goggles but a pity about the initial experience
