I had high hopes for this product. The first model leaked very badly, I was not able to swim 25m. They created a second model, but this one also leaked very badly. I gave it two stars because the customer service was very responsive and after 2 non-functional models, I was offered a refund. However, there are several other issues that I would like to point out:- I was not asked for a second scan. I used an iPhone for my scan. I thought they might ask for another scan with different light conditions, or even use a different device (Android phone), as this could potentially affect the quality of scan. - The material of the goggles (except the lenses that I found great) came across as rather cheap. The first model I received was even covered in black dust (on white goggles).- The goggle seal was very uneven, you can see the quality of 3D printing was not very good. The seal rim was very thin, not like in traditional goggles. I cannot imagine how could this be enough isolation. I believe this can be a great product but needs improvements in the production.
