Order #6163 Jazba Nasir Placed an order on 17th June and it’s now the 25th and have not received the order. Have emailed them multiple times and have said they’ll get back to me within 1 working day but not a single email back for the past 3/4days. Ordered as a gift for my husband so genuinely disappointed. Feels like a scam at this point. Asked for a refund and have had no email back for that either. This was also a 48 hour tracked Royal Mail delivery did not receive any details for it either.
