If I can give them a negative, I would. The Parfums is a horrible business to purchase from. I've tried purchasing 2 fragrances from them and was going on 3 months without and update on tracking. Kept sending them emails for an update and all they kept sending me was a copy and paste email talking about how they have so many orders and they predict my items would be sent out next week. The week would pass and the cycle began once more with the same email. Save your time with purchasing elsewhere. Saving the 30-60 dollars isnt worth dealing with that headache of a business. I'm surprised they're still in business with all the negative feedback. They should be put out of business!
I wouldn’t even give them a star. If I could do 0 it would most definitely be a 0. Placed a order back in December and have yet to receive my order. Reached out to customer support and was told to continue “patiently waiting”. Reminded them of their own posted shipping policy and still was met with uselessness. Will never order from them again and recommend that no one shops here.
Absolutely terrible! I placed two orders back in December, and neither has been fulfilled. I sent several emails and was told they would ship on January 5th. As January comes to a close, all I have is a created shipping label. I was looking for a good deal but ended up with unacceptable service. I should have just bought my fragrance at retail.
I had to go through the process of initiating a chargeback due to a lack of communication and responses to my emails. Six weeks had passed since I placed my order. A chargeback occurs when a payment for an order is disputed through the bank or card issuer instead of being resolved directly with the seller. In this instance, the seller is represented financially by the payment platform. After 30 years of online shopping, this is the first time I've had to take such drastic measures.
I placed an order on December 4th, hoping to receive it as a Christmas gift. Their shipping policy claims 'Free 2–3 Day Shipping (after 1–2 weeks processing time)'. After two weeks, there was no movement on my order. I reached out to customer support, who informed me they were experiencing high order volumes and my order would ship within a week. They also offered a $10 gift card, which I appreciated. However, after another week, there was still no update. By December 11th, no order had arrived. A tracking number was generated on December 8th, but the carrier hadn't received the package, showing that their '2–3 day shipping' claim is misleading. While customer support is polite and responds quickly, that doesn't make up for missed timelines and unfulfilled promises. I also placed another order on December 23rd using the gift card, but after two weeks with no shipment, I had to cancel that order as well. Notably, customers can't leave reviews unless their order is marked as delivered, which explains their high rating—customers with delayed or unshipped orders can't share their experiences. Overall, I see no reason to shop with this seller as they violate their own policies and show unprofessional behavior. There are many other shops with similar prices that actually deliver in 2–3 days. I'm very understanding, but waiting over a month for an order is beyond reasonable.
