Terrible website. There is ultimately ZERO customer support. They have 1 email you can contact and might take a month to get a response. My account was suspended for no reason after spending a lot of money in their website and now cant even get a reply. Might have to take legal action. Great creators terrible customer service/support

I would have put in 0 absolutely hopeless, can't even put in a profile. Has some instructions in a cryptic language that I have never seen. Completely useless, sent an email to support NOTHING!! What the fudge is this site doing on an app store 🙈 don't waste your time!!
Ordered a Mystery Box from Tingle via Virgin Experience Days using a gift voucher on 21st Nov 2022. The Product from Tingle has never arrived. After many, many conversations with Virgin Experience Days they eventually acknowledged that my contract was with them as I had ordered via their website and not directly from Tingle. Therefore, yesterday, Virgin issued me a replacement voucher to the same value as the amount I had spent on the Tingle product. During my conversations with Virgin they tried numerous times to contact Tingle and, according to them, never got a reply. I can no longer see Tingle products available on Virgin's website, which is a result. My advice is DONOT order any products or subscription boxes from Tingle. It is very likely the product won't arrive and you will never get a response from Tingle. There is no phone number to contact Tingle so you have to rely on email or Social Media and they never reply but take your money. It was lucky that I ordered through Virgin Experience Days so at least my contract was with them and I was able to contact them and argue my case. However, it has taken me nearly 3 months to get a result. I have sent many emails which got nowhere until just a week ago when customer services actually acknowledged my contract was with Virgin Experience Days and therefore it was their responsibility to refund me.
I ordered 6 products in November, only 2 arrived. I asked for a refund and only got it back for 2 items (not 4). I have chased multiple times and no response, they still owe me for two items that didn't turn up. This company is not be trusted, awful customer service.
Not received order!! Ordered on 2nd Apr 22 and still not received. I have emailed them twice and no response! When going back to check, the website has been under maintenance for about a week. How can I get my order received.???? Customer care number not pickup by any person. ????
Shocking and disgusting service. After months of waiting on my subscription and still getting nothing I put in a refund to cancel. The next day the box was dispatched (stated on receipt). I thought finally it’s sorted, the next month the same thing so tried to go ahead with the refund only to be told I can’t get a full refund after the first box has been sent and they’ll do 50%. It’s an absolute con, stay away!!!!
