I wish I had read all reviews here before ordering. I was extremely disappointed with my purchase. Despite the .uk domain suggesting local stock, the product was shipped directly from China and took almost a month to be delivered. The item quality is poor and definitely not worth the high cost. Furthermore, all genuine negative reviews are immediately removed from the tiny-dreams.uk website, leading me to strongly doubt the authenticity of any reviews currently displayed there. Avoid this store.
2nd Review on same item. Please avoid this company at all costs. The packing is extremely poor and arrived looking like a dog's breakfast. I didn't get beyond the packing and contacted the company to arrange a refund as I couldn't possibly have given this item as the gift it was intended to be. After much 'discussion' via email I was eventually offered a small partial refund or the offer of returning (at my expense to CHINA - this is NOT a UK based company). I reluctantly accepted this as the alternative was expensive and I am unable to get to a post office without considerable difficulty. Having stupidly accepted the 30% I ventured to get the contents of the box out. The contents were of expremely poor quality, much much smaller than their adverising portrays and unsafe for the age group it is aimed at. The parts don't fit together properly, taking any fun out of the whole experience for a small child and it is extremely unstable meaning it has to be held by an adult to enable any small amount of 'operation' at all. All in all, the most dismal, disappointing experience and I shall now be throwing it away as it really is not remotely fit for purpose. Don't be conned, peeps. The customer service is extremely poor. It will leave you feeling 'fleeced'. Never, ever again. Made in China. NO THANK YOU. The word 'Dreams'.........hmm....more like 'Nightmare'. Utter cowboys. P. S. If i could give it zero i would.This was a gift for my grandsons birthday and the box was in a shocking state This company does not operate under British Safety Standards and is not a UK Company.It's false and shouldn't be allowed to operate. Avoid and spend your money elsewhere.
UPDATED I have been asked to.provide and order number. It is TDUK256597.I wish I had read these reviews before ordering from this company. As with others the packaging was very flimsy and the drawing boards ordered weren't up to the standard I expected. They are of a poor quality and I doubt very much they'd withstand long term use. I also thought the company was in the UK as advertised. If I had known it was a Chinese retailer I would not have bought them. I have emailed twice requesting a full refund and a free returns label. I've yet to receive a reply. I will raise this with PayPal for a refund if there's no response to my emails soon.
Do NOT buy from this company.I bought a wooden boat building set and it was utter rubbish. Pieces broken, very bad quality and arrived three weeks late.The instructions were in Chinese.I contacted them to return the rubbish and the only way was to pay to send it back to an address in China.
Do not buy from this company. It is cheap rubbish from China evidently. This is not a UK company at all and if you want to return any items they force you to pay for postage back to China. My item arrived and looked like it had been run over by a car. Reported to credit card company and trading standards.
Received my items today!! Very disappointed in the quality of them and packaging was squashed not ideal to give to my 2 year old grandson for his birthday!In fact I would be embarrassed 🙈 They look like they have been in a warehouse for donkeys years!!!I didn’t know they were coming from China otherwise I wouldn’t of ordered them.It says Tiny dreams uk???DO NOT order from this company.I spent £75 on rubbish!! Absolutely gutted!!!
