Review Time
I’ve made a purchase 3.5 weeks ago, only to receive no real tracking info and the audacity for them to have marked my order delivered. Naturally, I’ve proceeded to email customer service. It’s been 3 emails and not a single response or acknowledgement of receipt. Quite disappointed with this whole experience and even sadder to get confirmation on the various experiences of other customers here.
I ordered three pairs of shoes, express shipping, which took ages to arrive. When they did arrive, two of the pairs were not as pictured on the website and had writing on the straps saying “weisun” and “weijunyiz”. The company appears to buy cheap shoes and then pretend they are their own. I have emailed twice and had no response. When you try to click on returns on the website, it simply takes you to their contact form, rather than allowing you to set up a return. Very misleading and appears to be a scam company - I do not recommend.
Seems like they resell stuff that can be found on Temu for 20% of their price? The delivery took forever and it came from China, not US as they stated in the order details. Also the shoes have logos of other brands, like PangPangLu Original.
I ordered 2 pair of shoes of the same size, however I received 2 pairs of different sizes.One fit well another one 2 sizes smaller.The shoes were okay, however, what I have to do with smaller size?!I wrote then several emails, submitted a form on their site, wrote in Instagram - no response. I commented also posts in Instagram- they deleted it. They have quite aggressive marketing, and I see often the Ads, but won't buy again and don't recommend in buying there!Also paid faster delivery - which arrived later than promised (from China)
I ordered the correct size according to their website however they appear to be the wrong size. My baby had measured as a eu20 and so I ordered a 5T. I wanted to return for an exchange for the correct size and have tried numerous times to contact but to no avail? The website states free returns but no address and that I need to email, I have done this 6 times over the past 2 weeks and I have still not had a response
Customer support is non-existent, no way to return product. Paid extra for quicker shipping and it took 1 week longer than advertised. Products advertised are also clearly from a drop shipper as I have since seen adds for the same shoes under different names. Stay away!!
