Having been a Cashrewards user for a while, I was making a couple of purchases for which they did not have any deals, but TopCashBack did, so I decided to give them a try.The first purchase, which had an unbelievable 99% cash back advertised, did not track at all through their system although I followed all their steps. Too good to be true I guess.The second purchase got tracked, but after 3 weeks they said I was not eligible for it as I used a discount code when shopping, whereas, on their deal page, they hadn't mentioned this anywhere, only stating clearance items are not eligible. They then proceeded to add a new line to their terms on the ad for the brand to retroactively apply the new rule!I think those two experiences say enough about them.
Signed up last week and already have $22 in cashback pending from all the Amazon Prime Day deals. Only reason I’m not giving them 5 stars is that they don’t have the major supermarkets yet. Will change to 5 stars when they do. Apart from that, can’t fault them. Keep up the great work.

Recently signed up for a TopCashback account to get some good promotional deals with some retailers I was going to shop regardless if there was cashback to be earned or not. I shopped via TCB, however my cashback did not track at all. I read their policy and filed out a claim to get the percentage cashback I was promised. TopCashback has a policy of waiting 7 days before filing a claim, however my issue was resolved faster than that due to contacting a customer support agent named 'tightarse' via OzBargain, an online forum where Aussies look for bargains and deals. After contacting this agent, my cashback was reflected on my account within 8 minutes of replying back to their initial message, and it was made payable immediately with no questions asked! As a customer, I believe that this sort of customer service is outstanding, and it should be rewarded, thus I would happily recommend TopCashback as your #1 cashback site for Australia due to the outcome provided with this cashback issue.
Although I had some initial issue with tracking (possibly due to using different email than what’s on the cashback site), it was promptly fixed and confirmed shortly after I raised the issue. Their rep is very active on ozbargain and approachable. Their percentage cashback has been better than most other places I checked. I would continue to support and can definitely recommend using them.
I had a cashback that was showing as "pending" for a long time after the due date. Soon as I raised a ticket and mentioned it on OzBargain, the TCB AU rep TA reached out to me and fixed it within a day even when this occurred during the Kings B'day long weekend! This experience gives me great confidence to recommend TCB.
