Customer service is a joke. Received 0 help even tho they post their customer service phone number everywhere like an AD. Placed a curbside order for 2 items. One out of stock, the other was in stock. Ok. So charge me for both items. Lack of proper inventory management. I can not cancel my order on website or email or anything so I have to call the store and ask them to cancel both items so I can get a refund. So i place a curbside order for me to use my gas to go inside the store and pick up an order I have already been charged for both items even though one of two is out of stock. I haven't even left my house, seconds after placing the order my card is charged BEFORE the order has BEEN PROCESSED, remember not a delivery an in store pick up/curbside. Of course with the hassle of trying to edit and fix my order yes I'm going to cancel. It's been 4 days and they still have my money for both items I never even left the house to get. SCAM SCAM SCAM. What do you mean?! DO NOT USE THEIR CURBSIDE PICK UP INSTORE OPTION ITS A LITERAL SCAM . They think they're a bank or something bcuz why do they still have my money for something they didn't even have in stock. Oh first time customer and last time. Taking peoples money and you don't even have the product and then not giving their money back for daysss. Not a great way to run a happy business. Eff this place literally stealing peoples money. No where else I shop merchandise or resturants do this. They charge you when you actually oh my god get this, recieve the product. Charge me if you're delivering it to my house but if I have to pick it up from you , you wait for me b
I absolutely love shopping at tractor supply in my town or any other location. The employees are always very friendly and helpful and some know me by my name. I was just there and the manager went above and beyond. It is always a pleasant experience shopping at tractor supply.!
i placed a curbside pickup from store ,i had a family emergency and could not pick up ,i asked Joey the store manager to hold one more day,he did til a.m. then cancelled .i asked to hold back until i could re do curbside order so it would not get sold if returned to shelf .Joey refused. When i picked up items ,he was outside . i told people in parking lot what happened and Joey threatened to call cops for me using my !st amendment rights. Never shopping here again and i have a farm .CoOp it is from now on....oh his district mgr wasn t much more responsive and took forever to call me back .
Do not trust Tractor Supply!!!!I ordered a Cannon Gun Safe on their website November 24th. I had been searching all retailers for over week leading up to cyber weekend in order to find a good safe for the money. I ordered the safe and got a confirmation email stating that my order had gone through and could pick it up Saturday November 25 but please wait for an additional email confirming that the safe was ready for pick up. Saturday afternoon I still had not received any email so I called the store to ask if it was ready. The lady was very helpful but after searching for a while said that there was not one available at this time and that they would contact me when one was available.November 28th, I got a very sterile email stating my order had been cancelled (see below). No explanation.given.Hello William,The item(s) listed below have been cancelled. You have not been charged for the item(s) listed below. Please contact Customer Solutions at 877-718-6750 if you have any additional questions.I called the Customer Solutions number and talked to Shay who said there was nothing to be done as there were no available safes at that store. While on the phone I looked up the safe and found one available at a nearby store that had the exact. I told her I was good with picking it up at the other store if she could move the order to the other store. She said that Tractor Supply's policy would not allow her to do that. I asked to speak to her manager and got the same answer from Angela. I asked to speak to her supervisor and was told that he would have to call me back as he was not in until noon. She said it may take up to 48 hours for him to get back to me.I was worried the one that is currently available will be gone by that time. I even asked her if they could hold it until this gets resolved and she said no.I have never had an issue like this with any other retail stores in the past. If an order was made, the store honors the order or usually will give a comparable item as a remedy. Because I thought I had bought a safe, I passed on some other similar safes at other retailers and some of those are no longer available.As of today, I have not received any calls for the supervisor.I went to the corporate site and registered a complaint but have not heard from them either.
I previously wrote a terrible review for a safe that I purchased online and later was told the order was cancelled and they would not honor the sale price that I had ordered.SInce that time, I was contacted by Tractor Supply and told they were going to honor the original order and price.Thanks for doing the right thing. I have received the safe and am completely happy.
Their website is slow, clunky and not user friendly. The save my store link has never worked. Every time I go to their site the store location is in Alabama and on another web browser its in MS, yet my name shows up in the top right corner, but its not linked to my store. The last half dozen times I visited, the product I needed were available in both out of state locations but not my location. And they won't or can't ship to my store like all the other big box stores. Had to fall back to the great Chinese vendor Amazon. The search button hasn't worked for as long as I can remember. I have to use Google search and then hunt for the store locator link. I was shopping for some fuel pellets. The description said I had to go to the store to get the ingredients (why bother looking for info). Back to Amazon, two clicks and I'm done. I even copied my last page url, saved it and when I clicked on it expecting to get my store, guess what, I landed back in Alabama. They are a great store, and have good fair prices, but I have to go to the store to see if they have what I want. Amazon is just easier to deal with. I want to shop locally, but it is so dam hard to do so.
