Completely unacceptable. Ordered 'Warm White' lights but received 'Cold White' instead. The packaging indicated 6500K. I requested a return/refund, but they demanded more evidence, even though an electrician was needed for installation. The lights were confirmed to be Cold White upon activation. Photos weren't sufficient proof, and they then insisted on a video to further validate the issue. This is absurd with zero accountability. Initially, I thought it was a personal issue, but after seeing other reviews, it's clear this is a scam.
