The order finally arrived, but due to the extremely poor quality, the items were damaged. I requested a refund, but they insisted on a replacement. Half of the replacement order arrived weeks later and was also damaged. They still refuse to accept a refund or cancellation for the rest of the order. Nearly 3 months later, the remaining replacement is still missing, no refund has been issued, and no return instructions have been provided. I've disputed the charge with my bank. The only reason I gave 2 stars is that customer service has been responsive, albeit unhelpful.
