ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT. Within 4 months I was able to lose 50.2 lbs, lower my A1c from 7.9 to 5.4, my new Insulin Resistance Score is 1.5 (Healthy), no more IBS or Foot Neuropathy Pain, and I've went from a 4XL to a XL. My doctor took me off 3 meds and lowered 3 others by half. 👍
