I have been using this system for 7 months now. I will make this short....I have lost 35lbs of weight, that I have struggled to loose over 8+ years. It's gotten me off my THRYOID meds, something my doctor has not done in over a decade.My mental and physical health is better than ever, and I feel like me again! If this system isn't working for you, you're not taking it correctly. Honestly, some self control is needed, and the better your diet and exercise routine is, the better your results with be.
