Received a package that had two shipping labels on it...one for my wife and one for another person. Inside was a dress ordered by the other person. Submitted 2 tickets with no response. Called support and after a 35 minute wait got a hard to understand guy who basically said I should keep the package and the other guy who ordered it can just call the vendor and request a refund. He couldn't tell me where our package is - obviously sitting in their warehouse with no label. Nobody at this company seems to give a shit.
