Update 11/28: Day 17. Company still not responding to request for documentation. No response in 8 days to any of my messages. Update 11/27: Day 16. Company is not responding at all much less with the requested documentation. No response in 7 days to any of my messages.Update 11/26: Company is still not responding to messages. Incident occurred 15 days ago and counting.Update 11/25: Company is not responding to my messages. Have had to open protest with bank to try and recover lost funds due to company theft. Original: Got a notification on my security camera that someone was at my door and pretty soon after got confirmation of delivery from UniUni by text. Was on a call but was able to have a look a few minutes later...no package...I checked the security camera photos and the UniUni driver literally sat the package down took delivery photos...then PICKED UP THE PACKAGE AND WALKED OFF WITH IT. Video of the whole thing. I've contacted UniUni who seems completely disinterested in the event. I went back to the seller who is also useless and I can't get anyone to even pretend that this is a problem despite having video of everything. Filed a report with the police and working with my bank in the meantime. Also have video of a previous delivery where the delivery person picked up the package after photos and started to walk off with package but changed their mind and left it...So theft is definitely a thing for UniUni and don't be surprised when 12 days after the event they are still taking their sweet time to escalate and address the issue.
