Is a very bad app, too much scams, store owners taking sales and then they remove you from their affiliate partner and the $ you earned they will not pay and will always find an excuse. Do not use this especially finding brands with no payout rate or 0% payout rate.
Customer service for affiliates is appalling. After months I've still not got a response, after I was asked to send all of the urls that were not active, and which needed to be removed because the affiliate site obviously does not respond to emails. I've also requested removal from some affiliate programs because they don't offer an affiliate code, but my emails have been ignored and there is only space to sign up to ten programs so I'm at my max until these selfish sites whom I won't promote, will just remove me, at my request. If I want to leave a program, then the Uppromote customer services should honour my decision. Instead, they ignore me. Emailed about two or three times now. It's pretty poor, and they call themselves a top affiliate service provider.
We encouraged a client to use Uppromote for an affiliate offer. So far the experience has not been good at all. The interface that allows for finding and reaching out to affiliates has been down for about a week with some message that it's being improved. Support has no info about then it may be up again.
